During the 12-week Summer Internship at Critical Mass, Interns across the offices had the chance to work with a non-profit organization based in California called PLUS ME Project. PLUS ME Project's mission is to help California Youth bring their story to the light by activating the art of personal storytelling to increase confidence in youth as they pursue college, career, and life goals. 

Interns were tasked with creating a deliverable for their pilot program, 'Day of Motivation'. In the span of 8 weeks, we collaborated with interns across various divisions (Design, Copy, Marketing, Science, Media, Project Delivery, and Development) to develop a pragmatic solution for promoting the Day of Motivation for potential volunteers.
